We can lend on a variety of asset types, including single-family residences, condos, multi-family residences, multi-units and other commercial properties. We make business-purpose commercial loans for investors. We do not lend on owner occupied properties. Our rates range from 7 to12 percent.

Can I live in the house during the course of the loan?
No. We only make business-purpose commercial loans. We do not lend to owner-occupants.
Are there prepayment penalties?
No. We never charge penalties for prepayment.
