What LTV ratio does Genesis Capital offer?

What interest rates do you offer?

We can lend on a variety of asset types, including single-family residences, condos, multi-family residences, multi-units and other commercial properties. We make business-purpose commercial loans for investors. We do not lend on owner occupied properties. Our rates range from 7 to12 percent.

Where do you lend?

Genesis Capital currently lends in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington and Washington DC with plans to expand into other markets.

Can I live in the house during the course of the loan?

No. We only make business-purpose commercial loans. We do not lend to owner-occupants.

Are there prepayment penalties?

No. We never charge penalties for prepayment.
