Business Strategy & Analytics Analyst
The Business Strategy & Analytics Analyst is responsible for supporting business objectives for acquisition, retention, cross-selling, and profitability by identifying, designing and implementing advanced analytic projects. Supports business strategy and analytics team projects. Implements local market planning and analysis. Leverages customer information such as transactional and behavioral data, demographic and attitudinal overlays, and primary and secondary research to make business decisions regarding product development, marketing investments, competitive intelligence and other functional areas. Assists with and/or leads a multitude of diverse projects ranging from local market planning, prospect identification and customer segmentation to deriving actionable rules for trigger based marketing campaigns.
The Credit Underwriter is responsible for managing daily borrower pipeline tasks including but not limited to borrower facing conversations, pipeline activity, credit underwriting and Ad Hoc analysis.
Business Support Analyst
The Business Support Analyst is responsible to assist in enhancing operational processes and customer solutions through data analysis and the development, design and quality verification of Enterprise/systems level reports, dashboards and technology based solutions.
The Post-Closing Specialist will perform a thorough quality control review on loans that have funded. Prior to submitting a complete loan package to a financial institution for a warehouse line advance, the Post-Closing Specialist will work with staff for any corrections and or missing documentation that is need to be made and/or work with outside vendors in collecting required documents related to the collateral files prior to submission for advances.
Under the direction of the AVP Lending Operations, the Underwriter will coordinate with Loan Processor(s) to ensure a complete loan file has been received to proceed with the underwriting of the collateral/asset file. The Underwriter will present underwriting findings to Senior Management to proceed with loan decision.
